Erin Patch, a leader with over seven years of C-Suite experience, is the transitioning President of The Unity Council, a community development non-profit corporation with over 50 years serving Oakland and Concord California to promote social equity and improve quality of life.
Erin draws upon her direct and intuitive style to coach leaders to build their core strengths, identify blind spots and navigate challenging business relationships and environments.
Her experience at the C-suite level includes developing successful business models, leading organizational change, transforming culture, and developing staff into exceptional leaders.
