The Situation
We were going through significant change to deal with major pressure to transform capabilities and leadership skills, while at the same time lower costs and increase output.

The Journey
Debra and team designed, developed and deployed one of our organizations' most impactful leadership development programs. The highly effective leadership program was deployed to 100 of our geographically diverse top managers and leaders. It was done cost effectively using a continuous model that combined face-to-face meetings along with ongoing virtual and online interactions.
